Epcot is a different sorta park compared to Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom. Epcot is more about the learning & discovery of new advances and international culture. And after two full days of heat, speed walking, and long line standing, I knew we’d be dragging a bit. So a leisurely paced exploration around Epcot would be perfect.

Oh, I had grand dreams for Epcot. We were going to explore each and every country pavilion, learn something new, and sample some food (& maybe a beverage for me). Then we were going to walk the gardens and check out the special fares at the outdoor kitchen stands. And last, but not least, take in all the exhibits and attractions.

However, my girls had other plans. They were definitely feeling the effects of 2 hardcore days at Disney. So my grand Epcot Expedition was reduced to about 4 hours. 🙂 We still had a good time and managed:

Transportation on the Skyliner- aerial gondolas that take you to and from Epcot and a few Disney properties
a leisurely walk around the pavilions- including tacos & margaritas in Mexico
a horse drawn Disney Princess parade
2 rides (all I could negotiate-lol)- Soarin’ & Test Track
