One day I was visiting one of my favorite local watering holes, Pontotoc Lounge, and saw this weird-ish cocktail on the menu featuring yellow bell peppers and a jalapeno shrub. Curiosity got the better of me, and before I even knew it, I’d ordered it. 🙂
I fully expected this beverage to taste like a odd combination of Sunday dinner and a Bloody Mary. Thankfully, I was completely wrong-😂. The Ring My Bell is a classic “Spirited Traveler” cocktail in that it’s different, delightfully earthly & smooth, and possesses a subtle sweetness with a spicy bite on the end.
