I attended the Seat at the Table jazz brunch hosted by The Uptown Vibe yesterday at Cafe Pontotoc. I had a really good time meeting & mixing with all those that came out to support. This brunch served as the soft launch for The Uptown Vibe– a new lifestyle influencer brand started by Tracy Davis & Wiley Brown.
The Uptown Vibe’s goal is to promote a healthier urban community by connecting people to brands committed to fulfilling, championing, and promoting prosperous, well rounded lives to the African American community. I was honored to be a part of this new beginning.
There is not much I can say about the event: the food was excellent, the drinks were superb, the music was on point, & the atmosphere was one of chill, excitement, and promise. They say a picture is worth a thousand words, so enjoy a few snaps I managed to capture and let them “tell you” all about the Seat at the Table jazz brunch.
For all Memphians, if you’ve not yet been to Cafe Pontotoc for brunch yet, do yourself a favor and check it out. Tell Brad (your friendly, neighborhood bartender) I said hi!
